Individualized treatment plans and health education including diet and nutrition counseling, smoking cessation counseling, prescribing medications along with prescriptive medication assistance (for those applicable), and immunizations, i.e. Flu and TDAP.

Wellness check-ups or even acute, sick visits are available for children between the ages 10 to 18. Children are referred to Niswonger's Children's Hospital for any emergency needs.

Well child and well adult exams, sports and school physicals, and DOT physicals. *DOT physicals are considered a cash pay service as they are not covered by insurance, although mandated by some employers, depending on yourjob requirements.

Chronic disease care incluing high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol,  asthma/copd, anemia, chronic kidney disease, chronic pain management, etc.) Referrals may be necessary for those requiring anything outside the scope of practice for an NP.

Ordering/interpreting diagnostic tests both in house and send outs such as x-ray, ultrasound, MRI, etc. EKGs and most labs are performed in house for your convenience.

Gynecological exams, pregnancy tests, contraception, STD care, and hormone replacement.

Discounts for the uninsured/self-pay patients. **Not including cash pay/non-covered services (Botox, Juvederm, DOT physicals).

Acute illness and injury treatment for ages across the lifespan.

Glucometer ("sugar") as well as PT/INR measurements, urine pregnancy testing, strep and flu testing, and even mono spot testing available in house with results available before you leave!
