Meet Crystal. Crystal was born in Baltimore, Maryland and has made Greeneville her hometown. Graduating in 2006 from Chuckey Doak High School, she continued her education at Tennessee Applied Science in Knoxville, TN where she graduated in 2012. She specializes in medical billing and coding and understands the complicated insurance world so you don't have to! She comes back home to us after working as a front office coordinator for a large medical office in Knoxville, TN. Yearning for that small-town life, she's back with her two boys serving her community not only with sports but now with Q-Care. She's excited to deliver that smile you need when you're sick or with the routine doctor visit. She has never met a stranger and will welcome you with open arms, literally!
Cassie was born in South Carolina where she also graduated from high school in 2013. In 2016, she became a licensed Esthetician in the state of SC where she worked until she and her boyfriend, Tommy moved to Tennessee in 2019. She has a daughter, Lilly Mae. She enjoys spending her free time with family and being outdoors. Cassie is dedicated to helping patients at the front desk as a friendly face when patients first come in, an endearing voice when answering phones, and as a listening ear to the concerns and needs of all Q-Care patients.
Brooklyn is one of our clinical nurses and our nursing supervisor. She graduated from Tennessee College of Applied Technology for Practical Nursing in 2017. She has experience in primary care, family practice care, prompt care, and cardiac care. Brooklyn was born and raised in Greene County and graduated from South Greene in 2013. She is married to her husband, Trevor and they have one daughter, Oaklyn Mae. Brooklyn is dedicated to health care and loves forming new relationships with her patients. She has a passion for taking care of others and Brooklyn has always worked hard to make a difference in someone's life. When she isn't at the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and working on their farm.
Logann was born and raised in Greene County and graduated from Chuckey-Doak High School May 2017. Not only did she know that she wanted to pursue a career in nursing , but Logann received her CNA certification while in high school. Logann has been caring for many individuals right out of high school. Formerly an employee at Morning Pointe Assisted Living for 2 years and now here at Q-Care Medical! In her spare time, Logann enjoys spending time with her high school sweetheart, Tyler. They have been enjoying life together for 5 years now. Logann is also continuing her education at Tusculum University to become an RN and later to become a FNP.
Heather is 22 years old and has lived in Greene County, TN her whole life. She graduated high school from New Hope Academy, a home-schooling program, as part of the Class of 2015. She then worked in home health for a while before deciding to further her education at Ross Medical School. Heather finished at Ross in January of 2020 and accepted a position as a CMA at Q-Care Medical, which is also where she completed her externship for her certification.
When she isn’t working as a certified medical assistant, she is usually spending time with her family; she has a 2 year old daughter, Emory, and a husband of 4 years, Tyler. She also enjoys spending time with her other family and close friends, taking her daughter fishing, going on spontaneous adventures, and she even occasionally dresses up as Elsa for children’s birthday parties. Heather would do anything to make other people smile. She is very outgoing, has a great personality, tries to always keep an open- mind, and has a huge heart.
Dakota was born and raised in Greene County. She graduated from North Greene High School in 2010. She then received her Lab Tech license (ASPT) through Walter State Community College in 2014. She was an employee at Takoma Regional Hospital for 6 years where she gained various experience while working in several different areas throughout the hospital as well as some outpatient settings. She is married to her husband, T.E. and has 2 healthy, beautiful children. She is excited about the opportunity to work with such a great team at Q-Care!
