Haley is a board-certified family nurse practitioner (FNP) from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners who graduated from East Tennessee State University with her Master's of Science in Nursing degree in 2012 and from the University of Tennessee with her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing degree in 2006. Her background includes neonatal ICU, labor and delivery, and pediatrics as a registered nurse (RN) and then primary, family practice, care for all ages since 2012.
She's from Bristol, TN but has lived in Greeneville since her firstborn child in 2009 with her husband, Matt Quillen, DVM. They have 3 healthy, beautiful boys now! She's always had a desire for healthcare, particularly in the primary care setting so she can form a relationship with her patients and see them throughout their years.
Saprina was born and raised in Greene County. She graduated from Chuckey-Doak High School in 1990. She graduated from East Tennessee State University (ETSU)with her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing in 1994. She worked at Johnson City Medical Center and Greene Valley Developmental Center while pursuing her Master's of Science in Nursing that she received in 1999 from ETSU. She received advanced training and certification in Acupuncture for medical professionals in 2014.
Since receiving her certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, she has acquired vast experience caring for individuals in all degrees of health. Being a Greene County native, Saprina has always been dedicated to serving and promoting her community.
Amanda is a board certified family nurse practitioner (FNP) with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from Milligan College in Elizabethton, TN. She then graduated with a Master's of Science in Nursing from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN. She worked at Niswonger Children's hospital from 2009 until 2016. Her background there included Neonatal ICU, Pediatric ICU, Labor and Delivery, and Pediatric Medical-Surgical Unit. Since 2016, she has worked as an FNP in an acute care setting seeing all ages of patients.
Amanda is originally from Gray, TN and currently lives in Jonesborough with her husband Blake and their three children. She has a love for the pediatric population where she can care for and build relationships with families.
Amanda will serve as Q-Care's full-time FNP!
Crystal was born and raised in Greene County. She graduated from South Greene High School in 1997. She pursued her nursing career at Walter State Community College, graduating in 2007 with her Associate's Degree in Nursing, allowing her to practice as a registered nurse. She continued her education at King University earning her BSN in 2009. She worked in various healthcare areas within the Tri-Cities over the next 10 years including critical care, home health, hospice, marketing, and operational management. She and her children even moved to Georgia for 2 years in order for her to participate in a palliative care bridge program. She, again, returned to school to obtain her Master's Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from King University in 2018. Crystal and her children continue to live in Greene County as she strives to promote health and preventive care for all ages within her beloved community.
Crystal will serve as an FNP on-site at Q-Care Medical, but will also provide primary care to other assisted living facilities within the local area.
Catherine is a board-certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-C) from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She graduated from Walters State Community College in 2015 and then immediately started her career as an RN at Johnson City Medical Center. She started out on a cardiac step-down unit but later transferred to the emergency department where she cared for high-acuity adult patients. In 2016, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Tennessee State University. She continued to work at Johnson City Medical Center while pursuing her Master’s of Science in Nursing, which she obtained from East Tennessee State University in 2018. She has experience in acute care and inpatient settings caring for adult patients of various ages. Catherine has a passion for older adults but enjoys seeing all age groups. Catherine will serve as a PRN nurse practitioner for Q-Care Medical.
She’s originally from Zephyrhills, FL but currently lives in Chuckey with her husband, Adam, and their 4 fur babies. She loved her career as a registered nurse but wanted to do more for her patients. She is excited about the opportunity to provide care for our community.
Catherine will be at Q-Care Medical on a PRN basis.
